How do I legally start an import business?

Step 1: Obtaining a Franchise

  • Exclusive distribution agreements with automotive brand owners (e.g. Toyota/Volkswagen)
  • 5-year import licence from the Ministry of Industry
  • Only vehicles of contracted makes can be imported
